If you are looking for a conference room or a beatuiful place to host your private party at, and which also has a reasonable cost you have come to the right place!
The beatuiful nature of billlingen is right outside your door.
The premises are also suitable for trainingcamps and educational trips.
Each venue accommodates 30-40 people (max 50 total).
Our conference room has an open floorplan with lots of windows and natural light.
If you need two separate rooms you can also use the dining room.
There is a cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, quick dishwasher, kitchenutencils, toilets and separate entrance.
The conference room is equipped with notebooks, pens, whiteboard, projector and overhead projector. There is also an audio system and Wi-Fi.
The venue is rented from 09:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Price/day monday to thursday: 2600 SEK inc VAT. (2080 SEK exl VAT)
Price/day friday to sunday: 4000 SEK inc VAT. (3200 SEK exl VAT)
If you prefere you can rent the entire building with the hostel on top of which your guests can stay overnight.
The hostel has a high standard with a total of 18 beds and most rooms have shower and toilet in the room.
You will then have access to conference room with kitchen, fridge, all equipment between 09:00 am to the day after 11:00 am.
You will have access to the hostel between 03:00 pm and 11:00 am the following day.
The conference room and rooms at the hostel must be left cleaned and in their original condition.
Price/day monday to thursday: 6950 SEK inc VAT. (5560 SEK exl VAT)
Price/day friday to sunday: 7500 SEK inc VAT. (6000 SEK ex VAT)
National holidays for example christmas, new years eve, midsummer and so on will be charged for the higher price!
We can also offer bedlinen for 75 SEK/person. (Bedlinen + large & small towel)
